Title: Groundnut Oil Expression Using Ghani 's Technolog

Abstract: A series of experiment were conducted to detennine the rate of expression yield of groundnut oil using Ghani technology. The effects of mixing time (XI), temperature of paste (X2) and quantity of added water (X3) on the groundnut oil yield were investigated. Data were drawn from a 23 full Factorial design/experiments conducted in three replicates with the order of the replicate experiments randomized. Model developed shows that high mixing time (7.5min), high temperature of taste (19.5°C) and high quantity of water (1.16 Iitres) has the highest oil expression yield.
